2. Information kept only on your device

The following is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to the Developer or anyone else:

Uninstalling the Game deletes all of it.

3. Children

When you first open FendFall it asks for your birth year. If this indicates you are under 13, the Game:

If the birth year has not been provided, the Game assumes a child account until told otherwise, and requests no ads at all until the question is answered.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact jaytaravia7@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

4. Advertising and your consent

FendFall shows advertising provided by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, app-open and optional rewarded (opt-in) ads.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent form before requesting any ads, using Google’s User Messaging Platform. You may accept or decline personalised advertising, and you can change your choice at any time from the Game’s Settings screen. Declining does not restrict access to the Game.

You can also reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings, under Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Data sharing

The Developer does not sell your data and does not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed in section 1, each of which processes it under its own policy:

6. Data retention

Analytics and crash data are retained by Google according to its published retention settings. Leaderboard entries persist on PlayFab until deletion is requested. Local data lives on your device only, until you uninstall.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data held about you, and to withdraw consent for personalised ads.

To request deletion of your leaderboard entry and anonymous account, email jaytaravia7@gmail.com with your in-game display name. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Full instructions, including what is deleted and how to erase the data held only on your device, are on the Request Data Deletion page.

8. Security

Data in transit is protected using encryption provided by the services above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Game changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be announced in the Game’s Google Play listing.
